1. Data Authenticity & Sourcing

NorDeep is exclusively dedicated to the Narsingdi District. As the developer is a permanent resident of Narsingdi, we maintain continuous, direct contact with local institutions.

All information regarding hospitals, doctors, and chambers has been meticulously gathered through rigorous methods, including direct personal visits, offline verification, and online coordination with the respective administrative authorities to ensure maximum accuracy.

2. Media & Geolocation Transparency

To provide a clear understanding to our users and Google Play Console reviewers, please note our structural policies regarding media and maps:

• Placeholder Videos: We strive to include real, informative video tours for every listed institution. However, for facilities where original footage is currently unavailable, we have temporarily integrated a "Demo Video Link". This acts as a structural placeholder to maintain the UI design and avoid future structural coding updates. Once the authentic video is procured, the link is updated seamlessly without requiring an app update.
• Proxy Geolocation (Maps): We aim to provide precise Google Map pins for all locations. For specific local chambers lacking exact digital coordinates, we have strategically pinned the closest recognizable landmark. From these proxy locations, the actual destination is visually accessible and typically within a 1-to-2-minute walking radius.

3. Continuous Community Support

We have integrated an active WhatsApp-supported floating action button prominently at the top of our application pages. This ensures 24/7, uninterrupted communication.

Users and institution authorities can instantly reach out for data additions, removals, corrections, or general feedback, ensuring the directory remains up-to-date and reliable.

4. Privacy, Data Safety & Retention

NorDeep is a WebView-based application (loading securely from nordeep.netlify.app). We are fully committed to protecting our users' privacy and maintain a strict data security standard:

• No Data Collection: Our application does not require any user registration, account creation, or login. We do not collect, access, store, or transmit any personal, sensitive, or device data from our users (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or emails).
• Data Retention Policy: Since the NorDeep app collects zero personal user data, we do not retain or store any user data on our servers or within the app database. Consequently, there is no risk of data retention or data leakage.
• Communication Data: Utilizing the integrated WhatsApp support button redirects you entirely to the external WhatsApp platform. Any communication history there is governed exclusively by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• Device Permissions: Currently, the app does not access your Device Camera, Contacts, Microphone, or Background Location. Any future functional requirements will strictly follow standard Android permission prompts requiring explicit user consent.
